MongoDB is seeking a Pre-Sales Solution Architect based in Madrid for our hybrid model. You will guide customers to design and deploy scalable data solutions built on MongoDB, collaborating with sales and engineering to win deals and ensure customer success.

The ideal candidate brings 8–11 years in customer-facing roles, deep enterprise software experience, and strong architectural and presentation skills to articulate the business value of MongoDB solutions.

Formación

• 8–11 years in related role, 5–7 years pre-sales with enterprise software.
• 3+ years with modern scripting languages (Python/Node.js/SQL) or popular languages (Java/C#/C++).
• Experience designing scalable, highly available distributed systems in cloud and on‑prem.
• Ability to review complex architectures with customers and provide guidance.

Responsabilidades

• Design scalable architectures and patterns for MongoDB deployments.
• Advise customers on architecture decisions and communicate business value.
• Collaborate with Sales to drive account planning, qualification, and pipeline generation.
• Support demand generation through technical initiatives and field feedback.
• Mentor other Solutions Consulting team members and stay current with product trends.
