Capitole Consulting in Alicante seeks an IT Project Manager to lead complex IT, software and digital transformation projects, ensuring governance, planning, reporting, risk management and cross-functional coordination. You will collaborate with software development and IT teams, work with Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid methods, and engage with French-speaking stakeholders.

Occasional travel required. The ideal candidate brings strong English (C1) skills and French language ability, plus experience

Formación

• Experience leading IT/software/digital transformation projects.
• Proven ability to coordinate software, IT systems and digital solutions.
• Experience with project governance, planning, budget tracking, risk management and KPI monitoring.
• Ability to work in Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid environments.

Responsabilidades

• Support planning, execution and monitoring of IT, software development and digital transformation projects.
• Coordinate projects involving software applications and IT systems from requirements through deployment and go-live.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies and documentation.
• Coordinate governance activities, steering committees, status reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Track progress, risks, issues, dependencies, resources and KPIs.
• Coordinate software development, IT/infrastructure and external partner teams.
• Support requirements gathering, testing, UAT, deployment and delivery activities.
• Monitor KPIs and compliance with governance processes.
• Occasionally travel to project sites and other locations.
