Capitole is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead complex IT, software and digital transformation initiatives. The role involves governance, planning, reporting, risk management and coordination across cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and aligned with business goals.

The position requires coordinating software applications, IT systems and digital solutions, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder communication, budgeting and KPI tracking. This is a hybrid role with limited travel.

Formación

• Previous experience as Project Manager or Project Coordinator within IT, software development or digital transformation projects.
• Proven experience coordinating delivery of software applications, IT systems or digital solutions.
• Experience working with software development and IT teams in multidisciplinary environments.
• Experience with project governance, planning, reporting, budgeting, risk management and KPI monitoring.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies.
• Hands-on with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence or similar tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for coordinating technical and non-technical teams.
• Travel willingness and availability for project-related activities.
• Experience with SCADA, OT/IT integration, IoT, industrial automation or data acquisition is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT, software development and digital transformation projects.
• Coordinate projects involving software applications, IT systems and digital solutions from requirements and planning through deployment and go-live.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and project documentation.
• Coordinate project governance activities, steering committees, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, resources and financial KPIs.
• Coordinate software development, IT/infrastructure, business, engineering and external partner teams.
• Support requirements gathering, solution definition, testing, UAT, deployment and project delivery activities.
• Monitor project KPIs and ensure compliance with project management standards and governance processes.
• Occasionally travel to project sites and other company locations to support project delivery.

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to support the successful delivery of complex IT, software and digital transformation projects . You will play a key role in project governance, planning, reporting, risk management, and coordination across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and in line with business objectives.

This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week in the office during the first two months, moving to 1 day per week in the office thereafter.

• Previous experience as Project Coordinator, or Project Manager within IT, Software Development, Digital Transformation, or Technology projects .
• Proven experience coordinating the delivery of software applications, IT systems, digital solutions or technology projects .
• Experience working with software development and/or IT teams , ideally in multidisciplinary environments.
• Experience with project governance, planning, reporting, budget tracking, risk management, and KPI monitoring.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence, or similar .
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate technical and non-technical teams.
• Professional English (C1) is mandatory .
• Professional French is mandatory , as the role requires regular communication and coordination with French-speaking teams and stakeholders.
• Willingness and availability to travel occasionally for project-related activities.
• Experience with SCADA, OT/IT integration, IoT, industrial automation, industrial systems or data acquisition is a strong plus.
