Capitole is seeking an IT Project Manager to drive the delivery of complex IT, software and digital transformation projects. You will govern, plan, report, and coordinate across multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and in line with business objectives.

Experience with industrial digital solutions, SCADA, OT/IT integration, IoT or industrial automation is a strong plus. The role is hybrid, with 2 days per week in the office during the first two months, moving to 1

• Strong governance, planning, reporting, risk management and coordination skills.
• Experience coordinating software development, IT systems and digital solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT, software development and digital transformation projects.
• Coordinate projects involving software applications, IT systems and digital solutions, from requirements and planning through deployment and go-live.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and project documentation.
• Coordinate project governance activities, steering committees, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, resources, and financial KPIs.
• Coordinate software development, IT/infrastructure, business, engineering and external partner teams.
• Support requirements gathering, solution definition, testing, UAT, deployment, and project delivery activities.
• Monitor project KPIs and ensure compliance with project management standards and governance processes.
