Capitole Consulting is seeking an IT Project Manager to drive complex IT, software and digital transformation projects. You will govern, plan, report, and manage risks across multidisciplinary teams to ensure on-time delivery aligned with business goals.

Experience with SCADA/OT-IT integration or industrial automation is a strong plus. The role is hybrid, with initial in-office days transitioning to fewer days, and occasional travel to project sites.

Formación

• Proven experience as Project Coordinator or Project Manager within IT, Software Development, Digital Transformation, or Technology projects.
• Experience coordinating delivery of software applications, IT systems, digital solutions or technology projects.
• Experience with software development and/or IT teams in multidisciplinary environments.
• Experience with project governance, planning, reporting, budget tracking, risk management, and KPI monitoring.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence, or similar.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support planning, execution, and monitoring of IT, software development and digital transformation projects.
• Coordinate projects involving software applications, IT systems and digital solutions from requirements through deployment and go-live.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and documentation.
• Coordinate governance activities, steering committees, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Track progress, risks, issues, dependencies, resources, and financial KPIs.
• Coordinate software development, IT/infrastructure, business, engineering and external partner teams.
• Support requirements gathering, solution definition, testing, UAT, deployment and delivery activities.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with PM standards and governance.
