IFCO, a world leader in reusable packaging containers for fresh food, seeks an Audit Coordinator in Valencia, Spain, offering hybrid work. You will plan and coordinate inventory audits, monitor SOP compliance, and escalate issues with senior specialists.

Formación

• Educational background in business/admin or supply chain.
• Operational experience in supply chain, inventory control, or logistics.
• Data and reporting skills with Excel and dashboards.
• Process and SOP compliance mindset with timely issue escalation.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities for data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP and collaboration tools.
• Excellent coordination across internal teams and external service providers.
• Global/international collaboration and English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Audit coordination: plan and distribute inventory audit requests.
• Process compliance: ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards.
• Issue identification: detect anomalies and escalate to seniors.
• Reporting: maintain reports on reconciliation status and stock variances.
• Data analysis support: prepare data sets for complex cases.
• System accuracy: update ERP/CRM with audit outcomes and adjustments.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Customer Care and Sales Support.
