IFCO SYSTEMS in Valencia seeks an Inventory Audit Coordinator to support cross-functional teams in inventory control and data-driven reconciliation. You will coordinate audits, ensure SOP compliance, and collaborate with Customer Care and Sales Support, using SAP, Excel, and dashboards to deliver timely insights.

The role requires strong numerical accuracy, experience with ERP systems, and effective English communication in an international environment. Hybrid work options are available.

Formación

• Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Hands-on experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Control or Logistics.
• Ability to create reports and work with data sets in Excel and dashboards.
• Experience with defined SOPs and issue escalation processes.
• Strong numerical accuracy and data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with SAP and collaboration platforms such as Teams.
• Ability to coordinate across internal teams and external providers.
• Professional proficiency in English for international collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Audit Coordination – plan and distribute inventory audit requests across teams and partners.
• Process Compliance – monitor execution to ensure SOP adherence and quality standards.
• Issue Identification – detect anomalies and escalate to senior specialists or leadership.
• Reporting & Insights – maintain reports on reconciliation status, progress, and stock discrepancies.
• Data Analysis Support – prepare data sets and support root cause analysis of variances.
• System Accuracy – update ERP/CRM with audit outcomes and adjustments.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – align audit schedules with customer activities and priorities.
