• Technical degree in Industrial/Electrical/Electronics engineering.
• 1-3 years of experience in industrial service related activities, in operations backoffice support tasks.
• Knowledge in MS Office tools, SAP, Salesforce, scheduling software.
• Fluent Spanish and English (min B2 level), written and spoken.
• Mindset to innovate, take ownership, drive improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Manage contracts end-to-end, ensuring commitments and KPI targets are met and risks identified.
• Coordinate service execution across technical activities, allocating qualified FSEs with required certifications.
• Optimize resources and productivity, monitor FSE utilization and drive process improvements.
• Develop strategic customer partnerships through transparent communication and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales and Customer Care to ensure service excellence.

Your Role And Responsibilities

We are seeking a Service Coordinator & Contract Manager to manage service contracts for Drives, Motors, Generators, and ABB Ability™ digital solutions. This position is responsible for ensuring contractual commitments are fulfilled, coordinating the execution of service activities, optimizing the utilization of technical resources, and delivering excellent customer experience while driving continuous improvement across service operations.

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

You’re main responsibilities would include:

• Manage contracts end-to-end, ensuring compliance with all commitments and KPI targets (Churn Rate, COPQ, NPS). Analyze performance, identify risks proactively, and provide technical input to shape contract strategy.
• Coordinate service execution across technical activities, efficiently allocating qualified FSEs with required certifications and ensuring all on-site safety and operational requirements are properly managed.
• Optimize technical resources and productivity by monitoring FSE utilization, maintaining competency standards, and driving process improvements aligned with First Time Right principles.
• Develop strategic customer partnerships by maintaining transparent communication, conducting regular performance reviews, and identifying opportunities for service expansion and contract growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, and Customer Care teams to ensure service excellence, contract sustainability, and operational alignment.
• Champion continuous improvement by promoting best practices, fostering knowledge sharing, and implementing operational enhancements.

Qualifications For The Role

• Technical degree in Industrial/Electrical/Electronics engineering
• 1-3 years of experience in industrial service related activities, in operations backoffice support tasks.
• Knowledge in MS Office tools, SAP, Salesforce, scheduling software.
• Interest in AI applications for productivity increase
• Fluent Spanish and English (min B2 level), written and spoken.
• Mindset to innovate, take ownership, drive improvement
• Work permit valid in Spain
