You will develop deeper IBM i knowledge, SQL skills, and application support expertise, supporting overnight batch processing and daily operations in a collaborative, Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting applications or technology services.
• Familiarity with incident management processes.
• Basic SQL knowledge and databases.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line and Level 2 support for IBM i/AS400 applications.
• Investigate incidents and coordinate resolutions with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain knowledge articles and runbooks.
