Job summary
HCL Technologies Limited is seeking an experienced Application Production Support specialist for Mainframe systems in Spain. You will handle production support, incident management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring reliable mainframe operations across CICS, JCL, and batch processes.
The role requires 5–10 years of hands-on Mainframe production support experience, with expertise in Splunk, SQL and related tools, plus exposure to additional monitoring and automation
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in Application Production Support of Mainframe systems.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Splunk and production support processes.
- Experience with mainframe tooling: CICS, JCL, REXX and batch processing.
Responsibilities
- Lead incident and problem management for mainframe environments.
- Ensure observability, monitoring and reliability of critical systems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Oversee batch processing governance and release readiness.
