Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Language Skills: German (C2) and English.
• 2 years sales experience, preferably in high-stakes environments.
• Strong ability to close deals with warm SMB leads.
• Independent, consistent results delivery.
• CRM experience for growth optimization.
• Regularly uses AI tools for outreach insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Convert qualified leads into customers within budget parameters and upsell where feasible.
