Editorial Vicens Vives in Barcelona seeks an FP&A Controller to join the Finance team. You will lead planning, reporting, and business partnering to drive data-driven decisions.

You will deliver high-quality financial insights, support budgeting, and collaborate with local and group stakeholders to improve performance. The role blends hands-on analysis with strategic partnering in a hybrid work model.

Formación

• 4-6 years of FP&A or Controlling experience.
• Strong analytical skills and financial modelling.
• Advanced Excel and BI tools experience.
• Experience in multinational or group reporting is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and English fluency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead financial analysis including P&L, KPIs, and variance vs budget.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes.
• Deliver accurate reporting to local management and Group Finance.
• Monitor performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate data into insights.
• Contribute to decision-making and performance improvement initiatives.
• Ensure data consistency, reconciliation, and reporting quality.
• Drive improvements in processes, reporting and data accessibility.
