Flanks, Inc. in Barcelona is seeking an Integrator Intern to own onboarding and day-to-day support for strategic clients. You will work with the Tech team and report to the CISO, gathering requirements and tracking delivery timelines to ensure smooth deployments.

Formación

• Experience or exposure to wealth management or fintech is a plus.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to communicate with external stakeholders.
• Organized, structured approach to juggling multiple requests and deadlines.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
• SQL or database skills are a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish to operate in a bilingual team.

Responsabilidades

• Gather client requirements for features and translate into specs.
• Coordinate onboarding and day-to-day support for strategic clients.
• Track delivery timelines and ensure smooth integration with the tech roadmap.
• Serve as first point of contact for client issues and escalate when needed.
