Flanks is a Barcelona-based fintech startup reshaping wealth management with a customer-first mindset and a fast-growing team.

We are seeking an Integrator Intern to own onboarding and day-to-day support for strategic clients, working with the Tech team and reporting to the CISO. It’s a client-facing, high-visibility role balancing technical and relationship work in a fast-growing environment, with hybrid office options between Sants Estació and Plaça Espanya.

About the role

As our Integrator Intern, you'll own the onboarding and day-to-day support of Flanks' strategic clients, working within our Tech team and reporting to the CISO. You'll sit at the intersection of client needs and our engineering roadmap — gathering requirements, tracking delivery timelines, and making sure new developments land smoothly for the people who depend on them. It's a client-facing, high-visibility role for someone who wants hands-on exposure to both the technical and relationship side of a fast-growing fintech.

What you'll do

Here's what you can expect to work on:

• Gather client requirements for new features and integrations, and translate them into clear specs for the team

• Own and manage the timeline of new developments, keeping stakeholders aligned on progress

• Be the first point of contact for client issues, triaging and resolving them or escalating when needed.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external providers to keep implementations on track

What we'd love to see

• Some exposure to financial markets or the wealth management space

• Strong client-facing skills — comfortable communicating with external stakeholders

• A structured, organized approach to juggling multiple requests and deadlines

• A problem-solving mindset and the drive to figure things out independently

• SQL or database skills are a plus

• Language Proficiency: professional proficiency in both English and Spanish to collaborate effectively in our bilingual environment

The hiring process

1. You'll have a chat with our People Business Partner, Nicolás Guilarte.

2. A meeting with our CISO, Sergi Lao.

3. A technical discussion meeting with some of Flanks team members.

4. Any extra meetings you (or we) might need to iron out any questions.

5. We send you an offer!
