Flanks is a Barcelona-based fintech startup reshaping wealth management with a customer-first mindset and a fast-growing team.

We are seeking an Integrator Intern to own onboarding and day-to-day support for strategic clients, working with the Tech team and reporting to the CISO. It’s a client-facing, high-visibility role balancing technical and relationship work in a fast-growing environment, with hybrid office options between Sants Estació and Plaça Espanya.

Formación

• Exposure to financial markets or wealth management preferred.
• Strong client-facing skills.
• Structured, organized approach to juggling multiple requests and deadlines.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
• English and Spanish proficiency to collaborate in a bilingual environment.

Responsabilidades

• Gather client requirements for new features and translate them into clear specs for the team.
• Own and manage the timeline of new developments, keeping stakeholders aligned on progress.
• Be the first point of contact for client issues, triaging and resolving them or escalating when needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external providers to keep implementations on track.
