IFF is seeking a Finance Logistics & Procurement Analyst to join our Food Ingredients business in Asturias, Spain (Hybrid). In this highly visible global role, you will partner with Procurement, Logistics, and Supply Chain to drive financial performance through forecasting, budgeting, cost analysis, and performance insights, shaping strategic decisions across regions and functions.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
5-7+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Cost Analysis, Supply Chain Finance, Procurement Finance, or Logistics Finance.
Strong experience supporting manufacturing, operations, supply chain, procurement or logistics environments.
Proven ability to perform financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
Proficiency with ERP systems and business intelligence tools.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to collaborate across functions in a global matrix organization.

Responsabilidades

Lead forecasting and budgeting processes for global logistics and freight spend.
Analyze logistics and transportation costs, identifying key drivers and market fluctuations.
Monitor actual performance versus budget and forecast, providing meaningful insights.
Partner with Logistics, Procurement and Supply Chain teams to evaluate savings initiatives and productivity projects.
Validate and track savings projects across logistics categories, ensuring benefits are measured.
Support senior leaders with performance reporting, KPI analysis, and recommendations.
Develop and enhance reporting capabilities, dashboards and analytical tools.
Monitor trends in freight and transportation markets and translate to business impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to drive continuous improvement.
Contribute to transformation initiatives across Procurement and Supply Chain.
