IFF is seeking a Finance Logistics & Procurement Analyst to join our Food Ingredients business in Asturias, Spain (Hybrid). In this highly visible global role, you will partner with Procurement, Logistics, and Supply Chain to drive financial performance through forecasting, budgeting, cost analysis, and performance insights, shaping strategic decisions across regions and functions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 5-7+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Cost Analysis, Supply Chain Finance, Procurement Finance, or Logistics Finance.
• Strong experience supporting manufacturing, operations, supply chain, procurement or logistics environments.
• Proven ability to perform financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and business intelligence tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to collaborate across functions in a global matrix organization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead forecasting and budgeting processes for global logistics and freight spend.
• Analyze logistics and transportation costs, identifying key drivers and market fluctuations.
• Monitor actual performance versus budget and forecast, providing meaningful insights.
• Partner with Logistics, Procurement and Supply Chain teams to evaluate savings initiatives and productivity projects.
• Validate and track savings projects across logistics categories, ensuring benefits are measured.
• Support senior leaders with performance reporting, KPI analysis, and recommendations.
• Develop and enhance reporting capabilities, dashboards and analytical tools.
• Monitor trends in freight and transportation markets and translate to business impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to transformation initiatives across Procurement and Supply Chain.

We are seeking a Finance Logistics & Procurement Analyst to join our Food Ingredients business based in Asturias, Spain (Hybrid).

In this highly visible global role, you will serve as a strategic finance partner to our Procurement, Logistics, and Supply Chain organizations, helping drive informed business decisions through financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and performance insights.

You will play a key role in understanding logistics and freight cost drivers, monitoring market dynamics, evaluating savings opportunities, and supporting productivity initiatives across the business. Working closely with stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Supply Chain functions, you will provide valuable insights that support operational excellence and financial performance.

What Makes You The Right Fit

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• 5-7+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Cost Analysis, Supply Chain Finance, Procurement Finance, or Logistics Finance.
• Strong experience supporting manufacturing, operations, supply chain, procurement or logistics environments.
• Proven ability to perform financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
• Experience working with ERP systems and business intelligence tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and work within a global matrix organization.
