IFF is seeking a Finance Logistics & Procurement Analyst to join the Food Ingredients business in Asturias, Spain. The role blends financial planning with strategic supply chain insights in a hybrid work model, partnering with global teams to optimize logistics costs and drive performance.

You will lead forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and KPI reporting, while identifying savings opportunities and supporting transformation initiatives across procurement and logistics.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• 5-7+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Cost Analysis, Supply Chain Finance, Procurement Finance, or Logistics Finance.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, supply chain, procurement, or logistics environments.
• Proven ability to perform financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
• Experience working with ERP systems and business intelligence tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the forecasting and budgeting processes for global logistics and freight spend.
• Analyze logistics and transportation costs, identifying key drivers behind variances, market fluctuations, and operational changes.
• Monitor actual performance versus budget and forecast, providing meaningful insights and recommendations to management.
• Partner with Logistics, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to evaluate savings initiatives, productivity projects, and operational improvements.
• Validate and track savings projects across logistics categories, ensuring financial benefits are accurately measured and reported.
• Develop and enhance reporting capabilities, dashboards, and analytical tools to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Monitor trends within freight and transportation markets, translating external developments into business impact assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to drive continuous improvement, financial transparency, and operational excellence.
