Job summary

Multiverse Computing is seeking a DevOps Engineer in Madrid with 2–5 years of experience to join a fast-paced, high-accountability team. You will optimize model inference APIs, implement DevOps strategies, and collaborate with developers and operations to automate delivery across environments.

Hybrid work in Madrid with occasional travel to Guadalajara as described in the posting. Fluency in English is required and another EU language is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of DevOps experience.
• Experience with AWS cloud, automation for deployment, scaling, monitoring, and management.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD, GH Actions, Jenkins).
• Experience deploying, managing, and optimizing APIs in production.
• Familiar with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with scripting languages (Bash, Python, Go).
• Strong troubleshooting and pressure delivery abilities.
• Good command of English; another EU language is a plus.

• Deliver in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment with ownership and timely decisions.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of model inference APIs and other APIs.
• Implement DevOps strategies for the organization.
• Automate software delivery processes with development and operations teams.
• Identify tools/processes to improve software development and delivery.
• Proactively address customer needs and communicate trends to leadership.
• Assist deployment of software stack to Fortune 500 servers.
