Job summary

Multiverse Computing is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our Madrid-based team on a hybrid schedule. You will optimize model inference APIs, implement DevOps strategies, and automate software delivery across a fast-paced environment.

You will work with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools while collaborating with development and operations teams to deploy solutions for enterprise clients. Fluency in English and a proactive mindset are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a DevOps engineer.
• Experience with AWS Cloud, automation for deployment, scaling, monitoring, and management (Terraform / CloudFormation).
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD, GH Actions, Jenkins).
• Experience deploying, managing, and optimizing APIs in production.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python, Go).
• Strong troubleshooting and ability to deliver under pressure and deadlines.
• Good command of English and ideally another EU language.

• Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of model inference API and other APIs.
• Implement DevOps strategies for the organization.
• Automate software delivery processes with development and operations teams.
• Identify tools and processes to improve software development and delivery.
• Communicate trends to leadership and propose innovative customer-focused solutions.
• Assist in deploying the software stack to Fortune 500 clients’ servers.
