Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Resolve inquiries related to compliance via phone, email, and internal systems.
• Conduct interviews and gather information to detect fraud/fraud risk.
• Release or cancel transactions and unblock customers when needed.
• Guide agents and customers on compliance rules and policies.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and meet call quality standards.
