adm Indicia in Barcelona seeks a Business Analyst to bridge business needs with data and technology. You’ll gather requirements, map processes, and work with stakeholders, tech teams, and clients to deliver value across a diverse client portfolio.

You will join a growing data and analytics function supporting BI, reporting, data transformation, and process improvements. A proactive, curious self-starter who thrives on solving problems will fit well.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in data, analytics or technology.
• Experience gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience mapping business processes and identifying operational improvements.
• Understanding of Agile delivery with user stories, epics and backlog management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence at all levels.
• Advanced Excel skills and data-driven decision support.
• Experience using Jira and documenting requirements.
• Exposure to SQL, Snowflake or Power BI is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of analytical initiatives from discovery to delivery.
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements aligned to objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define solutions and write BRDs and specs.
• Lead workshops and requirements sessions to understand business challenges.
• Map and analyse current processes; identify inefficiencies and improvements.
• Develop future-state process documentation and support systems design.
• Bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support project delivery including estimation, UAT, defects and communications.
• Perform data analysis using BI tools and Excel to identify trends.
• Contribute to standardisation of processes and metrics across clients.
