Tata Consultancy Services Spain is seeking an experienced Active Directory Specialist to design, implement and manage AD and Microsoft Entra ID in a large enterprise environment. The role focuses on hybrid identity, security hardening, and automation via PowerShell, with weekend on-call rotation and indefinite contract.

Formación

• Design, implement, and manage Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID services in a large enterprise environment.
• Ensure the availability, security, and performance of identity and authentication infrastructure.
• Manage and optimize Group Policies (GPOs), AD Sites & Services, FSMO Roles, and domain services.
• Lead Active Directory recovery activities, including Domain Controller, SYSVOL/DFSR, DNS, and database restoration scenarios.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administration, monitoring, reporting, and operational processes.
• Support hybrid identity solutions, including synchronization between on-premises Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Troubleshoot authentication, access, directory synchronization, and identity lifecycle management issues.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams on identity governance, compliance, and modernization initiatives.
