ING Hubs Spain seeks an experienced Active Directory Engineer to design, operate, and secure AD DS in a hybrid environment integrated with EntraID. You will collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable, resilient identity solutions.

You will own production AD environments, manage lifecycle with Windows Server 2016–2022, and contribute to security concepts like least privilege and attack surface reduction while working in an Agile/DevOps setting.

Formación

• Own and operate on-premises AD DS in enterprise-scale environments.
• Manage production AD environments, not just contribute.
• Windows Server expertise (2016–2022) including DC lifecycle and patching.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID in hybrid identity environments.
• Understand identity security concepts like privileged access and least privilege.
• Work in Agile/DevOps teams and own identity deliverables.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, operate, and maintain on-premises AD DS environments for stability, security, and availability.
• Perform user, group, and access lifecycle management with RBAC and delegation.
• Support hybrid identity integrations between on-prem AD DS and Microsoft Entra ID, including sync and auth troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with cloud, security, and DevOps to implement identity infrastructure solutions.
• Promote IaC practices (e.g., Terraform) for standardized deployments.
• Improve operational processes, documentation, and automation for identity services.
• Stay updated on AD, identity, and security best practices and apply them.
