Job summary

Bolton is seeking an Accounting Analyst to join the Accounting department in Bilbao, Spain. You will support journal entries, AP/AR cycles, reconciliations, and month-end close while ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.

Fluency in Spanish and very high level of English are required, with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years of experience. A hybrid work setup with standard full-time hours is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting or financial experience.
• Proficient in Excel; knowledge of Word and PowerPoint is a strong plus.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 recommended; bilingual Spanish/English is required.

Responsibilities

• Process and record daily journal entries to maintain GL accuracy.
• Manage AP and AR cycles, ensuring timely processing and recording.
• Perform bank reconciliations and GL account reconciliations.
• Assist month-end and year-end closing with working papers and deadlines.
• Provide documentation and analysis for internal and external audits.
• Execute and verify electronic payments and other disbursements.
