Holidu in Palma de Mallorca is seeking an Account Manager to grow revenues with vacation rental owners in the Balearic Islands. You will analyze data, build relationships, advise on product usage, and lead events to connect owners.

Formación

• Experience in account management, tourism or related commercial roles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Near-native Spanish and fluent English.
• Customer-centric, problem-solving mindset.
• Interest in new technologies and travel industry.

Responsabilidades

• Improve the performance of your accounts by analyzing existing data and develop a solution-oriented strategy.
• Build strong relationships with our key-customers and actively support them in increasing revenues.
• Be the main contact person for our vacation rental owners in the Balearic Islands, advise them on how to use our product and use your negotiation and upselling skills.
• Organize lead generating and networking events (remote or in-person) to build a community of vacation rental owners.
• Coordinate the going live of our vacation rentals and ensure a continuously high level of customer success oriented service.
• Interact with our product and content team to guarantee a smooth onboarding process.
