An international consultancy is seeking a Finance Change Manager with strong SAP experience for a remote role. You will lead change management in a multi-country rollout of the SAP Finance solution, focusing on training, user adoption, and ensuring local teams understand the new processes. Ideal candidates have extensive change management experience and a strong finance background.

Formación

• Strong Change Management experience in a large SAP Finance Transformation programme.
• Strong finance background including knowledge of R2R and O2C processes.
• Prior SAP implementation project experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and deliver Change Management for the new SAP solution for Finance workstreams.
• Ensure local finance teams understand to-be processes and the new SAP solution.
• Define, organise and deliver the change strategy.
• Deliver training on new processes and systems.
• Monitor and drive user adoption to embed the new way of working.

Finance Change Manager - SAP

An international consultancy is looking for a Finance Change Manager with good SAP experience to join their team and lead and drive change management as part of a large SAP Finance rollout.

This role will deliver Change management for the R2R stream for a multi-country rollout project and will support both process harmonisation and deployment of the new SAP solution.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver Change Management for the new SAP solution for Finance workstreams
• Ensure local finance teams understand to-be processes and the new SAP solution
• Define, organise and deliver the change strategy
• Deliver training on new processes and systems
• Monitor and drive user adoption to embed the new way of working

Profile:

• Strong Change Management experience in a large SAP Finance Transformation programme environment
• Strong Finance background including knowledge of R2R and O2C processes
• Prior SAP implementation project experience
• Excellent Stakeholder engagement skills
