The role requires an Engineering degree, 5+ years in a lead role, and fluency in English and Spanish. HVDC experience and power industry background are highly valued; travel up to 30% is expected.

Formación

• Academic degree in Engineering (Electrical or similar).
• Minimum of 5 years in a lead role.
• Experience with HVDC is a plus; power industry experience is a must.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; other languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers.
• Lead multidisciplinary information in engineering development.
• Lead the development of new solutions for complex projects and challenges.
• Drive the completion of all engineering activities on projects.
• Provide technical support for testing, installation, and commissioning activities.
• Prepare project documents within budget, scope, and contract.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and mitigate potential risks.
• Maintain technical quality in contracts, documents, and deliveries.
