Formación

HESCO, an engineering company specialized in providing comprehensive structural engineering services and execution projects; in addition to, Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Infrastructure and Electromechanical designs; based in Spain with offices in Jeddah, Riyadh, Makkah, Syria, Turkey, Egypt, Lebanon and United Kingdom.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to support our Human Resources department in recruitment, employee management, and daily HR operations.

This role reports directly to the General Director and contributes to maintaining an efficient and well-organized HR function.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Manage the recruitment processes, including posting job ads, reviewing applications, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and support administrative HR tasks.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with internal guidelines.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related documentation.
  • Provide support in general employee relations and internal communications.

Requirements :

  • Degree or certification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in an HR support or assistant role is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good level of English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general HR software tools.
