• We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding top talent for our gyms in Germany.The ideal candidate will have 2-3+ years of experience in HR or Recruitment roles, with fluency in German (C1+) and English (C1+). They will also have experience recruiting international or remote teams, ideally in Germany.Main Responsibilities :
• End-to-end recruitment of operational and strategic roles for our gyms mainly in Germany- Conduct interviews in German and English, assess fit and motivation- Manage sourcing via LinkedIn, job platforms, and local partners- Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate journey- Support onboarding processes and documentation for new hires- Collaborate in administrative HR tasks :

contracts, employee files, data updates- Assist in HR projects related to talent development, engagement, and cultureAbout Us :
