STS Aviation Group busca un profesional de Recursos Humanos para gestionar operaciones de mantenimiento en el norte de España. El candidato ideal debe tener un diploma en Recursos Humanos, ser bilingüe y tener un profundo conocimiento de las leyes laborales. Un entorno en evolución y el trabajo en equipo son esenciales. Esta posición ofrece una oportunidad emocionante en una empresa del sector aeroespacial.

Formación

• Habilidades de comunicación en español e inglés, tanto escritas como habladas.
• Comprensión completa de las leyes laborales y fiscales en España y la UE.
• Disposición a trabajar en un entorno cambiante.

Responsabilidades

• Gestionar todos los asuntos relacionados con RRHH en la operación de mantenimiento.
• Gestionar la contratación y asistir con la nómina y cumplimiento fiscal.
• Administrar todos los asuntos relacionados con Recursos Humanos, conforme a la legislación española.

Conocimientos

Descripción del empleo

Human Resources and Office Administration Schedule :

• Manage all HR related matters with regards to maintenance operation in northern Spain
• Manage recruitment and assist with payroll and tax compliance
• Administer all matters related to Human Resources, in line with Spanish regulations
• Reporting to Project Manager and General Manager

Requirements :

• An above average ability to communicate in Spanish and English languages, both written and spoken
• Relevant qualifications at a diploma or higher level in Human Resources from a Spanish institute
• Ability to demonstrate a full understanding of the labour laws, tax laws and other regulations with respect to Spain and EU labour compliance
• Willingness to work in a changing / developing environment where team work is a must

Preferred :

• Previous aerospace experience in Spain
