This role requires excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English, alongside relevant educational qualifications. Ideal candidates should possess a strong understanding of labor laws and be experienced in the aerospace industry.

Human Resources and Office Administration Schedule :

• Manage all HR-related matters concerning maintenance operations in northern Spain.
• Oversee recruitment processes and assist with payroll and tax compliance.
• Administer all HR-related matters in accordance with Spanish regulations.
• Report to the Project Manager and General Manager.

Requirements :

• Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English, written and spoken.
• Relevant qualifications at diploma level or higher in Human Resources from a Spanish institute.
• Comprehensive understanding of labor laws, tax laws, and regulations relevant to Spain and the EU.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic and evolving environment with a team-oriented approach.

Preferred :

• Previous experience in the aerospace industry in Spain.
