Are you a strategic HR professional passionate about building high-performing, engaged, and diverse teams? Join a fast-growing global Payment Orchestrator at the forefront of fintech innovation, helping businesses optimize revenue through seamless access to credit/debit card processing, eWallets, and Alternative Payment Methods (APMs).

We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of Human Resources. This is a key leadership role within a fast-paced, international environment. You’ll partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals while ensuring a positive, compliant, and inclusive workplace culture across global operations.

This is a full-time, fully remote position Key Responsibilities





Talent Acquisition & Retention

Lead full-cycle recruitment for key global roles with a strong focus on candidate experience Develop and implement hiring and retention strategies tailored to a competitive international market Design and oversee onboarding processes that integrate new employees effectively into our culture

HR Strategy & Compliance

Build and implement scalable HR policies aligned with international labor laws and best practices Partner with leadership on strategic workforce planning, organizational design, and policy development Ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions including the U.S. and Europe

Employee Engagement & Relations

Serve as a trusted HR advisor for employees and managers alike Create and lead initiatives that support employee engagement, wellness, and professional growth Oversee performance management processes including goal-setting, appraisals, and feedback

Learning & Development





Identify skill gaps and design training programs that support both role-specific and general employee development Collaborate with department heads on career pathing and succession planning

Compensation & Benefits

Manage and evaluate global compensation and benefits programs for competitiveness and fairness Conduct regular reviews to align offerings with market trends and employee expectations

HR Data & Reporting

Maintain accurate HR records and generate workforce reports (e.g., attrition, engagement, DEI metrics) Use data insights to continuously improve HR strategies and decision-making

Culture & DEI

Champion company values and culture in all HR initiatives Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts to create an inclusive and empowering work environment

Requirements

Experience & Education

5+ years in HR leadership roles—ideally in fintech, SaaS, or other fast-paced, high-growth environments Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, or related field (certifications like PHR, SHRM-CP, or CIPD are a plus) Skills & Competencies Deep knowledge of global HR practices and employment laws, particularly in the U.S. and Europe Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to navigate complex, multicultural teams Strategic thinker with a track record of aligning HR initiatives to business goals. Fluent in English and Spanish (bonus points for Portuguese, French, or German)
