We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of Human Resources. This is a key leadership role within a fast-paced, international environment. You’ll partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals while ensuring a positive, compliant, and inclusive workplace culture across global operations.
This is a full-time, fully remote position
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Retention
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for key global roles with a strong focus on candidate experience
- Develop and implement hiring and retention strategies tailored to a competitive international market
- Design and oversee onboarding processes that integrate new employees effectively into our culture
HR Strategy & Compliance
Build and implement scalable HR policies aligned with international labor laws and best practicesPartner with leadership on strategic workforce planning, organizational design, and policy developmentEnsure compliance across multiple jurisdictions including the U.S. and EuropeEmployee Engagement & Relations
Serve as a trusted HR advisor for employees and managers alikeCreate and lead initiatives that support employee engagement, wellness, and professional growthOversee performance management processes including goal-setting, appraisals, and feedbackLearning & Development
Identify skill gaps and design training programs that support both role-specific and general employee developmentCollaborate with department heads on career pathing and succession planningCompensation & Benefits
Manage and evaluate global compensation and benefits programs for competitiveness and fairnessConduct regular reviews to align offerings with market trends and employee expectationsHR Data & Reporting

Experience & Education
5+ years in HR leadership roles—ideally in fintech, SaaS, or other fast-paced, high-growth environmentsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (certifications like PHR, SHRM-CP, or CIPD are a plus)Skills & CompetenciesDeep knowledge of global HR practices and employment laws, particularly in the U.S. and EuropeStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to navigate complex, multicultural teamsStrategic thinker with a track record of aligning HR initiatives to business goals.Fluent in English and Spanish (bonus points for Portuguese, French, or German)Tools You’ll Use
