A world-class IT services provider in Spain is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will handle day-to-day HR operations, implement HR strategies, and ensure compliance with legal regulations. This role is critical to the organization, and offers a strong benefits package including health insurance and professional development support, requiring fluency in both Spanish and English.
We are partnered with a world class IT services provider based in Spain but with a global presence who are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join them.
As HR Manager you will be involved with day-to-day HR operations including rolling out HR policies and programs whilst ensuring their compliance with legal regulations, implementing the people strategy, business partnering with managers and payroll. As well as the operational duties you will work on larger HR projects such as annual engagement surveys and the implementation of new HR tools.
The client offers an excellent benefits package that includes health insurance, professional development budget and corporate pension contribution amongst other things. Please note that due to working with clients globally, this role does require someone to be a fluent communicator in both Spanish and English.
