We are currently seeking an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to lead our Global Human Resources function based out of our Palma office. This role reports to the General Manager Rig Pro and the CHRO of North Technology Group.

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR operations across our Palma, New Zealand and US Locations, supporting our leadership team, and driving key people initiatives to ensure a high-performance, engaged workplace.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the implementation of HR strategy and policies in alignment with company goals. Act as a trusted advisor to the General Manager and senior leaders on all HR matters. Oversee end-to-end HR processes—including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training & development—for the

global RigPro business . Work closely and collaboratively with the wider HR team across the North Technology Group to ensure alignment and best practice across regions. Design and implement staff development strategies that support career growth, talent retention, and a strong organizational culture—while continuously improving HR policies, communication, engagement, and inclusion initiatives. Ensure compliance with local labor laws across jurisdictions and internal standards. Foster a positive, inclusive work environment, acting as the go-to person for employee support and issue resolution. Maintain excellent communication and responsiveness, including working across different time zones (occasional night calls may be required). Work effectively in a semi-autonomous role with minimal supervision, keeping tasks and priorities on track while the General Manager is on the move.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in a generalist HR role, with at least 3 years in an HR management or leadership position. Experience working in an international or global HR function, with demonstrated ability to manage HR processes across multiple countries or regions. Strong command of Spanish labor law and solid understanding of international HR best practices. Fluency in English (written and spoken). Flexible with their approach to suit the various roles and personalities Able to deal with different time zones Able to self-manage and get on with tasks and keep to agreed timelines without constant management Experience in industrial or production environments is highly valued.
