Formación

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage full-spectrum HR functions across Spain and Italy, with a strong focus on labor law compliance, compensation, and recruitment.
  • Lead the selection, negotiation, and management of HR vendors, including those for recruitment, payroll, benefits, and legal compliance.
  • Provide HR support for local business growth initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Bridge local HR practices with headquarters policies, facilitating smooth communication and team integration across regions.

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in Chinese, English, and Spanish is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of full-cycle HR experience, with solid expertise in labor relations, compensation, and recruitment.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in HR management within Spain; knowledge and practical experience in other Southern European countries is a plus.
  • Prior experience in the manufacturing, wholesale / retail, or import / export sectors is highly preferred.
