Procter & Gamble Madrid General Office is offering an HR internship with real responsibility from day one, partnering with key stakeholders to shape employee experience, culture, and HR processes using digital solutions to drive impact.

You will contribute to projects that simplify work, enhance engagement, and support the people agenda by combining technology, data, and human-centered thinking for meaningful outcomes across the organization.

Formación

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, Communications, Engineering, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
  • Proficiency in both Spanish and English language.
  • Interest in people, organizational culture, employee experience, and the future of work.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for process improvement, digital innovation, and leveraging technology to solve problems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and take ownership of meaningful projects.

Responsabilidades

  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve, simplify, and digitize HR processes and ways of working.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of innovative solutions that enhance efficiency while maintaining a people-first approach.
  • Collaborate with HR teams and business partners to support change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in the adoption of digital tools, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities to optimize HR services and employee support.
  • Build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
