We are looking for an HR Generalist responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing compliance tools, and overseeing data quality and reporting processes.
This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure accurate data collection, documentation, and communication of compliance-related activities. The specialist will play a key role in change management and the implementation of internal policies.
What you do
- Regulatory Compliance Tool Management: Act as the business expert for the Regulatory Compliance Tool (RCT) and participate in expert calls; upload and maintain legal regulations within the RCT tool.
- Compliance and Legal Coordination: Conduct legal and compliance checks, ensuring all proofs and documentation are properly maintained; manage and communicate internal policies across the organization.
- Data Collection and Reporting: Oversee manual collection of branch travelers' calendars via email, inputting data into a shared global Excel sheet; add necessary information for each employee and coordinate with payroll for consolidation; prepare and share consolidated data with global teams.
- Training and Meetings: Organize and participate in HR legal, data reporting, and audit meetings.
- KPI and Report Management: Compile and report on Q-KPIs related to the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD); prepare yearly reports for the German Supply Chain Act (GSCA).
- Documentation and Process Management: Document CSRD processes and maintain proofs of all controls carried out; ensure data quality and accuracy in systems such as SuccessFactors and SAP.
- Change Management: Lead and support structural changes, reorganizations, and change management initiatives within the organization.
What you bring
- Proven experience in regulatory compliance, data management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of compliance tools and legal regulations.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with SAP and SuccessFactors; knowledge of the German Supply Chain Act and Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive.
- Previous experience in change management or organizational development is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Compliance, or a related field.
