YOUR IMPACT ___________

Within the Retail Team, the Beauty Consultant is in charge of providing the highest standard of service to customers.

YOUR MISSION ____________

Your main assignment will be focused on achieving sell out objectives while promoting the brand image.

1. You sell Dior products and provide a high standard of service to customers throughout the whole sale applying and respecting the Dior Art of Selling.
2. You achieve sell out targets on a monthly basis.
3. You educate customers on Dior products and on the Dior brand.
4. You participate in counter merchandising maintenance according to corporate guidelines.
5. You change displays according to novelties launches & planograms.
6. You monitor stock levels and report any issues to your Retail Manager / Boutique Manager.
7. You conduct all assigned operational and administrative tasks.
8. You establish a strong relationship with retailer Store Managers (not applicable in Boutique).

You promote a team and collaborative spirit among colleagues.

WHO YOU ARE _________

1. At least 3 years experience as Beauty Consultant.
2. Deep knowledge of beauty products: Fragrance, skincare and make up.
3. Passionate about customer service and the beauty industry.
4. Result oriented and with excellent selling skills.
5. Team player.
6. Available to work on different shifts, including night shift.
