Formación

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung als Beauty Consultant.
• Tiefes Wissen über Schönheitsprodukte: Duft, Hautpflege und Make-up.

YOUR IMPACT ___________

Within the Retail Team, the Beauty Consultant is in charge of providing the highest standard of service to customers.

YOUR MISSION ____________

Your main assignment will be focused on achieving sell out objectives while promoting the brand image.

• You sell Dior products and provide a high standard of service to customers throughout the whole sale applying and respecting the Dior Art of Selling.
• You achieve sell out targets on a monthly basis.
• You educate customers on Dior products and on the Dior brand.
• You participate in counter merchandising maintenance according to corporate guidelines.
• You change displays according to novelties launches & planograms.
• You monitor stock levels and report any issues to your Retail Manager / Boutique Manager.
• You conduct all assigned operational and administrative tasks.
• You establish a strong relationship with retailer Store Managers (not applicable in Boutique).

You promote a team and collaborative spirit among colleagues.

WHO YOU ARE _________

• At least 3 years experience as Beauty Consultant.
• Deep knowledge of beauty products : Fragrance, skincare and make up.
• Passionate about customer service and the beauty industry.
• Result oriented and with excellent selling skills.
• Team player.
• Available to work on different shifts, including night shift.
