Responsibilities:

1. Regulatory Compliance: Helping to ensure day-to-day compliance with GDPR, and establishing and enforcing data privacy frameworks, policies, and best practices within the organization.
2. Third-Party Management: Assessing and monitoring the data privacy compliance of vendors and third-party service providers.
3. Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining records of processing activities (ROPA), privacy policies, and reports for audits.
4. Training & Awareness: Educating employees on data privacy policies, cybersecurity awareness, and compliance requirements.
5. Assisting/supporting the Corporate Data Privacy Officer in her tasks.

Requirements:

1. Knowledge of GDPR or a strong willingness to learn and understand the regulation.
2. Strong communication and training skills to effectively educate and guide employees on data privacy best practices.
3. Adaptability and collaboration, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
4. Excellent time management and prioritization skills, ensuring the ability to handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
5. Self-motivated, well-organized team player with high ethical standards and a proactive problem-solving approach.
6. Proficiency in English and German (minimum B2 level) for effective business communication.

Remote or Hybrid:

We work 80-100% remotely; however, we have regular on-site team events.

Structured Onboarding:

You receive an individual onboarding plan, have multiple onboarding days in the beginning, and a wealth of e-learning, training, and documentation besides your team at your disposal.

Set-up:

For this we will provide you with a tailored tech set-up (Dell devices, the standard remote package includes a notebook, 2 monitors, headset, mobile phone, mouse + keyboard, docking station).
