Responsibilities

  • Align business objectives with employees and management, providing proactive HR guidance and partnership.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues with empathy and legal compliance.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Spanish labor law (LATAM experience considered a plus), ensuring alignment with employee management best practices and partnering with legal support when needed.
  • Partner with multinational teams and management to strengthen work relationships, build morale, and foster a collaborative and inclusive culture across geographies.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to a diverse workforce.
  • Lead talent development initiatives and performance review cycles, ensuring employee growth and alignment with company goals.
  • Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning and budgeting in collaboration with leadership.
  • Support management in talent development and company culture projects across regions.
  • Cultivate and enhance the employer brand to attract and retain top talent.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Labour Relations, Business Administration, or related; Master’s preferred.
  • At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on HR management.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and regulations in Europe; experience with multinational teams valued.
  • Expertise in talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence across cultures.
  • Experience with HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven leadership in HR initiatives from strategy to execution.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required; Ukrainian knowledge a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
