This time, our client, a distinguished Spanish multinational leader in "LIFE SCIENCES," is seeking a dynamic, methodical, and collaborative HRBP to spearhead and implement strategies for sustainable and profitable growth, thereby elevating the company's market positioning through strategic talent management and organizational development.

Your Role and Mission

As the HRBP, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing a portfolio of corporate relationships, supporting their growth, and aligning workplace environments with the strategic goals of the company. You will leverage the latest solutions and trends to unlock their full potential. This position requires close collaboration with sales, marketing, and industrial teams to pinpoint business opportunities, forge strategic alliances, and bolster our market presence.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive HR strategies that support the business objectives and cultural values of the organization.
2. Drive initiatives related to talent management, learning and development, performance management, and employee relations being a generalist profile.
3. Assess market trends to ensure the company's HR policies and strategies remain competitive and innovative.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support and implement HR initiatives.
5. Champion a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and continuous learning within the organization.
6. Engage in strategic planning with senior leadership to align HR objectives with overall business goals.
7. Create procedures, culture, and mission in a company with a headcount of more than 500 people, growing and transforming.

Skills and Knowledge:

1. Bachelor's or Master's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
2. Proven track record in HRBP roles, with a minimum of 5 years experience.
3. Strong understanding of organizational development, employee relations, and development.
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to influence at all levels and work collaboratively across functions and departments.
6. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
