An established industry player is seeking a Consulting Talent Acquisition Officer to enhance their recruitment efforts globally. Formación

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition is required.
  • Fluency in Dutch is mandatory for this role.

Descripción del empleo

As a Consulting Talent Acquisition Officer, you will join our Recruitment Department to contribute in strengthening the growth of Amaris Consulting at the international level. You will oversee handling from A to Z the recruitment process of candidates and providing them an exceptional experience within Amaris Consulting. You act as a real business partner to find the best candidate for your internal clients.

You will be in charge of :

  1. Qualification and treatment of the needs transmitted by the hiring managers;
  2. Pre-selection interviews through phone calls;
  3. Follow-up of the recruitment process;
  4. Direct approach and promotion of Mantu on job boards & social networks;
  5. Development of a network and creation of a portfolio of candidates;
  6. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process;
  7. Benchmark of recruitment process;
  8. Improving our job offer contents;

We are looking for key people in our team to help us improving the entire process of recruitment with innovative ideas and concepts.

Ideal Profile :

  1. Master degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or a related field;
  2. You have at least 6 months / 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition;
  3. You have a big interest in recruitment;
  4. You are curious, with a proactive mindset;
  5. Fluency in Dutch mandatory;
  6. Proactive and team player attitude;
  7. You are service-oriented and have great communication skills;
  8. Mastery of generative AI such as ChatGPT or Poe.com is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity.
