The HRBP for Operations at LIVE Studio will be part of Grupo Orenes' Human Resources team, providing dedicated support to LIVE Studio Operations, established in collaboration with the online gaming service provider Evolution. The selected candidate will be responsible for the full scope of the studio’s HR function, ensuring the smooth operation of all HR processes, establishing the hiring process, and supporting the development of strategic action plans to enhance employee satisfaction. Additionally, this role will act as the recruitment professional responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and recommending candidates for hiring.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Work closely with business functions to provide high-impact HR support throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Provide guidance and input on business unit restructuring, workforce planning, performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
  • Advise on labor law and other binding regulations.
  • Develop the studio's recruitment strategy and manage existing company initiatives to improve candidate experience during the recruitment and onboarding process, as well as enhance talent retention.
  • Recruit key talent for internal clients.
  • Proactively support the delivery of HR processes to ensure sustainable outcomes based on stakeholder collaboration.
  • Take ownership and manage cross-functional HR projects.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of legal requirements related to daily employee management, mitigating legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Proactively identify gaps, propose, and implement necessary changes to mitigate risks.
  • Ensure compliance with existing guidelines, processes, and procedures aligned with Evolution’s global HR policies.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
  • Provide managers with tools and guidelines to improve their team interactions.
  • Track and report key metrics to drive continuous improvement in work quality.
  • Contribute to Operations projects to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure that company events reflect and promote the corporate culture and values, fostering a positive work environment for employees.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Law, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience : 3-5 years in a similar role as an HRBP, in mid-level management, or as a generalist in an HR department.
  • Language Skills : Proficiency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
  • Technical Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of local labor legislation.
  • Hands-on experience in multiple HR disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnostics, employee and labor relations, etc.
  • Extensive knowledge of recruitment and sourcing processes.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Knowledge and passion for continuous improvement in customer service.
  • Ability to build strong professional relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work productively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Confidence in influencing and negotiating across all hierarchy levels, with the ability to build both internal and external relationships.
  • Strategic mindset and analytical thinking.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
