Requirements : What You Will Do :

1. Be a Strategic Partner : Work side by side with leadership and engineering teams to align people strategies with ambitious UAV projects — ensuring we have the right talent, in the right place, at the right time.
2. Empower High-Performance Teams : Drive performance management, talent development, and workforce planning to help our teams break new ground — from propulsion specialists to avionics engineers.
3. Fuel Talent Development : Build career paths, create leadership programs, and champion continuous learning — making sure our people grow as fast as our tech evolves.
4. Navigate Change : Support organizational shifts with resilience and agility, ensuring seamless transitions as we scale operations and ramp up UAV production.
5. Champion Culture : Promote an inclusive, collaborative environment that embodies our core values — innovation, excellence, sustainability, collaboration, and integrity — while keeping morale sky-high.
6. Solve Problems Before They Fly In : Tackle complex employee relations issues with empathy and precision, balancing human needs with company goals.

What You'll Need :

1. Experience : 5+ years as an HRBP, People Partner, or similar — ideally in a fast-paced, tech-driven or engineering environment.
2. International Experience : Proven experience in an International Company, handling different countries. Balance of strategic thinking and roll-up-your-sleeves execution. You're as comfortable advising leadership as you are running an impromptu team check-in.
3. Mindset : Adaptability, resilience, and a bias for action. When plans shift (because they will), you pivot fast — without losing sight of the bigger picture.
4. People Whisperer : Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills. You can handle tough conversations with empathy and confidence, inspiring trust across all levels.
5. A Love for Innovation : Experience in aerospace, engineering, or technology is a bonus — but what really matters is your passion for helping brilliant people do the best work of their lives.
