Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company in Spain seeks a Human Factors Engineer II to join our team at the Nuclear Power Plant in Hospitalet de L'Infant. This full‑time, hybrid role focuses on enhancing operator performance and safety through rigorous human factors analysis and field collaboration.

You will report to the Competency Management Manager, work on-site, and engage with diverse teams to implement improvements based on operational experience and best practices across the nuclear sector.

Qualifications

• Technical university degree in Engineering or related field.
• Interest and background in Human Factors.
• High level of spoken and written English.
• Willingness to work on-site and participate in field activities.
• 1+ year of experience or knowledge of nuclear sector.
• Training in Occupational Risk Prevention.
• Analytical and logical thinking capabilities.
• Commitment to learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Support event analysis programs, identifying causes and improvement opportunities.
• Analyze performance indicators to lead operations.

About the role:

As a Human Factors Engineer II you will to join a team dedicated to enhancing organizational performance in the nuclear sector. Your role will involve close collaboration with our client. This is a full-time job.
