About The Role

• Developing and realizing interdisciplinary design concepts
• Develop a brand / project‘s design consistently across different media
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with colleagues from strategy, creation, production and management of external partners
• Utilize HTML / CSS and email marketing best practices to create and code interactive experiences for email.
• Develop / modify email templates and existing campaigns.
• Contribute to the continued modernization and evolution of the brand.
• Apply the best practices in email development.
• Troubleshoot HTML, CSS, and other performance issues.

About You

• Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma
• Working knowledge of Canva and MailChimp; eager to learn new tools as needed
• Strong foundation in HTML / CSS with email-specific coding experience
• Proficient in responsive email design and front-end development
• Experience with Google Ad Display formats and understanding of website builders
• 3+ years of proven experience in CRM design
• Ability to adapt to and work across multiple brand guidelines
• Skilled at interpreting design briefs and copy to bring creative concepts to life
• Collaborative team player with a strong ability to work independently
• Experience managing projects through the full lifecycle—from concept to delivery
• Demonstrated ability to deliver work within defined scope, timeline, and budget
• Strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness in problem-solving
• Fluent in Spanish; advanced proficiency in English
