Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Programmer (SAS & R) with German to support HTA dossiers and market access activities in Europe. The role combines statistical programming, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with Market Access, HEOR, and EU-HTA teams.

This Madrid-based position offers a hybrid remote work arrangement and German-language project work. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s or PhD in biostatistics or data science, have 2+ years SAS programming, R skills, and experience with CDISC

Qualifications

• 2+ years of SAS programming experience.
• Experience with CDISC SDTM/ADaM datasets.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to German AMNOG dossiers with SAS/R analyses.
• Analyze clinical trial data: efficacy, safety, endpoints, subgroups.
• Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons.
• Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA teams.
• Ensure high-quality, audit-ready outputs.
• Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, G-BA and HTA bodies.
